Les 3 leviers de la restauration et de l'augmentation de la marge

  • La vente de produits ou services complémentaires,
  • La réduction des coûts de production des biens ou services,
  • Les gains sur achats par négociation ou substitution (Pratique achats visant à substituer un produit, un composant ou un services... par un achat équivalent ou mieux margé)
 
> De façon générale, nous constatons que :
  • L'activation et la concrétisation des leviers de restauration de la marge sur ventes offrent un effet rapide et durable sur le niveau de marge,
  • Les leviers de restauration de la marge sur ventes sont trop rarement activés; le paradigme de la pression forte du marché constituant le frein majeur à l'activation d'une telle approche,
  • Le manque de structuration dans la valorisation des coûts est un frein à la visualisation des enjeux et à la pérénisation des actions de restauration de la marge.
