Paradigmes et croyances limitantes

Selon wikipédia : "Un paradigme est une représentation du monde, une manière de voir les choses, un modèle cohérent de vision du monde qui repose sur une base définie..."

Dans l'entreprise et au sens collectif du terme, le paradigme est un système de représentation largement accepté de tous et qui ne peut et ne doit être remis en cause.
 
> Des paradigmes découlent des croyances limitantes telles que :
  • Cela ne c'est jamais fait...
  • On a toujours fait comme celà !
  • Si cela était possible cela se saurait...
  • Avec une telle demande, nous allons nous ridiculiser...
  • On ne peut pas au risque de mettre en péril notre relation client... 
> Exemple de paradigmes :
  • Etant donné nos volumes achetés, nos prix d'achats sont très compétitifs
  • Les pièces mécaniques ne voyages pas en avion. Elles sont trop lourdes.

Là où les croyances limitantes sont les plus intéressantes : c'est lorsque l'ensemble de la profession les assume d'une seule et unique voie (vos concurrents ou collègues pensent tous la même chose !). Il y a évidemment autour des paradigmes de véritables pépites à creuser : simplement en osant et en acceptant de décaller son regard.

Ce sont les paradigmes et les croyances limitantes qui offrent les meilleurs retours sur investissement. Il convient de les identifier et de définir votre angle et votre stratégie d'attaque.
